Lag Problem Identified

We've identified the real source of our lag and jerkiness issue, and our datacentre informs us that TMNet is experiencing core network problems, leading to packet loss and severe bandwidth issues. While I don't know the full extent of this problem, or why is it that the problem only seems to affect our datacentre, we've been advised that recovery time will take SIX hours.

Beyond our control, so we'll be hoping that we can bring Agentcy back up tonight. This has been a long and tiring issue, and we've been at it for many weeks. Hopefully, we've identified the real cause of the issue, and now it's up to TMNet to fix their shit. Feel free to send them hate mail. I know I will.
